How we handle your enquiry.
Lind-Tech Solutions (Pty) Ltd is the responsible party for personal information you send through this website. This notice explains what we collect, why, and who can see it. It is a practical description of this site, not legal advice.
What we collect
The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, optional company, the topic you choose, and your message. If you start from a product or a quote list, we also receive that product name, quantity and reference. If you arrived from a link with campaign parameters, we include those (source, medium and campaign). We do not ask for payment details. This site does not take orders or card payments.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to answer the enquiry you sent: to prepare a quote, confirm a price or lead time, or reply to a question. We do not send you an automatic marketing email.
Who sees it
The message is emailed to admin@lindtech.co.za. The people who answer that inbox can read it. The site is hosted by Vercel. The product catalogue is read from Shopify. Email delivery uses the provider configured for the site (Resend, or SMTP if that is what we have set up). If you allow analytics, Google Analytics 4 and, when configured, Google Tag Manager and Microsoft Clarity receive usage data such as pages and the events described below. They do not receive your name, email, phone number or message. Analytics stay off until you choose Allow analytics.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to quote, supply, or follow up on the conversation, and then delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Cookies and analytics
The site sets a necessary cookie to remember a quote list, if you use one. Analytics and advertising storage are denied by default (Google Consent Mode). Allowing analytics stores that choice in your browser and loads the tags named above. Rejecting analytics leaves those tags unloaded. You can clear the choice by clearing this site's storage.

To ask what we hold, ask for a correction, or object to how an enquiry is being used, email admin@lindtech.co.za. You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
